HACEMOS INVESTIGACIÓN DE CALIDAD EN EL ÁREA DE BIOQUÍMICA Y BIOLOGÍA MOLECULAR DE ORGANISMOS MARINOS Y PLANTAS
LÍNEAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN :

 

1.  Identificación y caracterización de proteínas del citoesqueleto y la transducción de señales en dinoflagelados de la familia Symbiodiniaceae, con énfasis especial en proteínas fosforiladas en respuesta a luz.

2. Estudio de la relación citoesqueleto-cloroplasto en Symbiodiniaceae.

3. Introducción de genes de interés para estudios de genómica funcional en Symbiodiniaceae.
